Admin Project Manager – US, Richmond – 12 Month Contract

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Richmond, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Admin Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

• Own and manage the Lab/Admin Building scope, including labs, office space, cafeteria/support areas, clean rooms, and related building systems.
• Lead coordination between design teams, construction contractors, vendors, project controls, quality, safety, commissioning, and client stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, priorities, and execution strategy for the assigned building package.
• Drive field execution by working directly with contractors to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and keep work progressing.
• Review and track RFIs, submittals, design changes, field changes, change orders, punch lists, and turnover deliverables.

• Previous experience in the delivery of large Lab. Admin packages in a highly regulated industry.
• Proficiency in commonly used project management tools (scheduling-P6/MS Project, metrics, risk management) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Excellent teamwork abilities and willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the traditional project manager role.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks within a short timeframe.
