POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Chapter & Regional Training is responsible for executing the department strategy, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement for two core leadership development initiatives:
Chapter Officer Training (direct, organized globally) and leadership summits (indirect, organized regionally). This role ensures that chapter officers receive the knowledge, resources, skills, and support needed to effectively fulfill their responsibilities and contribute to healthy, high-performing chapters, regardless of how or where training is received. The role is accountable for shaping high-impact content, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and stewarding operational processes that enable program success.

Serving as the primary owner of EO's Chapter Officer Training program, the Senior Manager develops content aligned to learning strategies, training frameworks, curriculum standards, and delivery models that support chapter officers throughout their leadership journey. This includes overseeing the Global Leadership Conference (GLC) officer training experiences, virtual learning opportunities, facilitator and track team management, content planning processes, and supporting resources designed to strengthen officer readiness and effectiveness.

Working closely with stakeholders such as volunteer leaders, subject matter experts, regional, events, and products teams, chapter health, and other stakeholders, this role brings together learning content, training delivery, operational coordination, and program evaluation to create impactful and consistent development experiences for chapter officers around the world.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Chapter & Regional Training Program Management
  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of EO's Chapter Officer Training and Development programs.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive chapter officer development framework that aligns Chapter Officer Training, Leadership Summits, virtual learning opportunities, and supporting resources into a connected learning journey for chapter officers.
  • Establish frameworks, content standards, and learning outcomes for Leadership Summits that reinforce Chapter Officer Training and support ongoing officer development throughout the leadership journey.
  • Create and maintain training strategies that prepare chapter officers to successfully fulfill their responsibilities and support chapter officer readiness, effectiveness, and leadership growth.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, deliverables, and operational plans associated with chapter officer development initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand learning experiences, resources, and support mechanisms that strengthen chapter officer preparedness and performance.
  • Develop and maintain learning frameworks, curriculum structures, and training pathways for chapter officer roles.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
