The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and trafficking of client projects ensuring consistency with client strategy, commitments and goals.
Position Responsibilities:
- Allocates resources of client project(s) as needed
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Provide direction and support to account management and creative services team members
- Perform quality assurance and compliance management
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of client projects to all stakeholders including management of daily stand ups, daily hot lists and weekly status reports
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Perform project evaluations and assessment of results
- Use historical data to help craft estimates for new projects
- Other duties as assigned
Role Qualifications:
- Must lead scheduling and routing of client projects from intent intake to completion
- Must be a super-user project management tool or similar technology experience
- Must define project tasks and resource requirements to meet project deadlines
- Must develop process documentation to achieve desirable results
- Position Responsibilities:
Position Requirements:
- Associate degree in business, management, finance, communications or related field, or equivalent work experience, required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2-3 years of direct work experience in project management and process improvement required
- At least 2-3 years of experience utilizing project management tool or similar technology experience required
- Strong organizational, administrative, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk and change management
