Senior Project Manager – Small Business Bank

• Drive strategy and execute high-priority projects for the Small Business Bank team
• Lead a diverse team of associates in delivering processes that improve business efficiency and drive results
• Create and modify processes, including tool creation and evolution, and drive execution across the business
• Monitor data trends, measure effectiveness, and establish benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity
• Educate and partner with key stakeholders on process utilization and appropriate execution
• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment
• Document projects appropriately to mitigate risk and deliver on time
• Partner cross-functionally with project customers to drive project delivery
• Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver commitments
• Drive project and program efforts through influencing and partnership
• Coach and develop a team of associates
• Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
• Analyze, identify, and correct data issues in departmental systems
• Manage and lead a team of associates

• At least 7 years of Project Management experience
• At least 3 years of Process Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience preferred
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience preferred
• At least 1 year of People Management experience preferred
• At least 5 years of Process Management experience preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management preferred
• Strong project management track record
• Excellent problem-solving, influencing, communication, and partnership skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of associates
• Ability to analyze and correct data issues in departmental systems
