** is looking for a dynamic
** Project Manager
** and team leader. This team leads the delivery for some of BC&P’s highest priority initiatives. In this exciting role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and amplify BC&P’s most impactful work, solve complex problems from our distinct vantage point, all while balancing strategy and tactics. Our project work runs the gamut, some examples include: launching new products, leading updates to existing products and features, or leading foundational initiatives that enable growth.
**** The Role
****** As a Senior Manager of Project Management in BC&P, you will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will lead a team of project managers to deliver important and exciting projects, working alongside key stakeholders across the company. Although the opportunities are endless, the core responsibilities of a Senior Manager of Project Management include:
*** Lead the delivery of high-priority initiatives and work streams that span across Business Cards and Payments and Capital One, directly and through a team of project managers
* Design, develop, and manage project plans and delivery roadmaps in a complex dynamic environment
* Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
* Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams by applying sound business judgment to navigate trade-offs between competing priorities
* Manage a large set of stakeholders
* Effectively manage scope, schedule, resources and budget
* Communicate status, impediments, and risks/issues across all levels of the program
* Deliver results and influence business outcomes across all levels of the organization
* Influence and manage stakeholders and intent owners across COF ranging from VP+ to associate

* Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
* Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
