- Lead large, complex programs by providing strategic direction and tactical guidance to project teams, peers, and direct reports
- Design, develop, and manage comprehensive project plans, adapting strategies to evolving business requirements
- Ensure rigorous project documentation and governance to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and maintain on-time delivery
- Leverage advanced problem-solving and influencing skills to align stakeholder goals with strategic intent
- Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide thought leadership, streamline communication, and drive successful deliverables
- Build collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries to secure buy-in and achieve shared commitments
- Oversee end-to-end program management for critical initiatives within the Experience Platforms Top of House team
- Own and drive stakeholder engagement, timeline risk and dependency management, communication flows, strategic insights for senior leadership, and core project operations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience
- At least 7 years of project management experience

- Master’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years of Project Management experience preferred
- 3+ years of People Management experience preferred
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience with software programs or projects preferred
Demonstrates expertise in leading complex programs and project management, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, risk management, and strategic alignment. Proficient in developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring compliance through rigorous documentation and governance.
