• Lead day‑to‑day plant operations across two production shifts
• Drive ~50% capacity expansion through process improvement and operational discipline
• Strengthen safety compliance, accountability, and culture
• Improve shipping throughput and operational follow-through
• Operationalize a processing station with strong cleanliness and ownership standards
• Coach supervisors, leads, and operators to elevate performance and engagement
• Partner cross‑functionally with leadership, customers, and support teams

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership
• Demonstrated continuous improvement / performance excellence results
• Strong people leadership and floor presence
• Experience increasing throughput, efficiency, or capacity
• ERP proficiency (inventory control, cycle counting, purchasing, receiving)
• Track record improving safety performance and compliance
• Customer‑facing professionalism and communication strength
