Our client, a leader in the electrical utility and automation industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the execution of Modular Protection Automation and Control (MPAC) projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay rate: $38.00

** Shift:
** 1st and 2nd shift

Working hours will be either first shift (7 to 3:30) or second shift (3:00 to 11:30)

** What's the Job?*
* + Supervise a team of 10-20 technicians across all phases of MPAC projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.

+ Provide training and mentorship to technicians in wiring, assembly standards, and safety protocols.

+ Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.

+ Manage and support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and testing activities.

+ Travel to customer sites to supervise and execute field service jobs, supporting project success and customer satisfaction.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial or utility power delivery systems.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction and reporting.

+ Knowledge of relay protection, control systems, and industry electrical standards.

+ Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and support safety initiatives.

+ Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
