Stealthmode Three is growing its in-house production team and we need dependable people from the Rosenberg/Richmond, TX area who are ready to show up and get to work. This isn't a heavy interview process — if you can follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and be where you're supposed to be on time, you've got a real shot. We'll train you on everything else.

• Operate heat press machines to apply DTF transfers onto t-shirts and other garments
• Align designs accurately on garments before pressing
• Maintain consistent press time, temperature, and pressure settings
• Inspect finished products for quality and flag any defects
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Meet daily production targets and communicate any issues to your supervisor
• Assist with folding, packaging, and order fulfillment as needed

We operate two shifts and will assign based on team needs:

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Saturday mornings
• Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM + Sunday mornings

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Reliable and punctual — showing up on time matters more than anything
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production/warehouse environment
• Team player — no drama, just work

• Prior experience with heat press machines or garment printing
• Familiarity with DTF, screen printing, or embroidery processes
• Experience in a warehouse or production setting

• Pay: $10.00 per hour
