Job Overview
In this role, you will lead production operations within the plant, delivering key performance targets across safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will implement manufacturing strategy, foster continuous improvement, and build a high‑performing organization.
Responsibilities- Manage change and transformation among operating teams in the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma, Factory of Future line‑centric organization, and autonomous maintenance models to develop self‑sufficient teams.
- Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals, coaching line leaders and communicating plans and KPIs to employees.
- Establish and enforce governance to review, control operational performance, and run continuous‑improvement plans, embedding a zero‑loss mindset to achieve best practice and reliable operation.
- Ensure all manufacturing standards, governance, and compliance requirements—such as corporate quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, security, environment, sustainability, code of conduct, local legal requirements, and internal audit—are understood and regularly monitored.
- Lead talent, capability, and engagement initiatives—attracting, retaining, and developing critical talent across technical and behavioral levels—and partner with multi‑functional peers internally and externally to meet objectives.
- Drive a strong learning and continuous‑improvement culture at the plant for all employees, promote ownership of capability development, plan and execute the training roadmap, and track the annual training plan aligned with plant priorities.
- Ensure site compliance training is planned, executed, and recorded per internal and external legal and audit parameters, monitoring effectiveness, and recommending improvements.
- Develop and deliver E&T pillar works processes, maintain plant skill matrix and qualifications, and manage technical, multi‑skilling, and operator qualification programs.
- Maintain accurate training records, qualification status, and compliance tracking; provide monthly reports and key performance indicators on E&T delivery.
- Guide stakeholders on learning interventions using the 70:20:10 principle, address skill‑gap challenges, and manage projects such as launching a learning management system.
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Experience with TPM, Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
- Excellent communication, coaching, leadership skills, analytical problem‑solving abilities, and team‑building expertise.
- Engineer background with strong financial and business acumen, project‑management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
- Computer literate with high competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in English written and verbal.
- Ability to learn on the fly, work under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, engineering, industrial management, education, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience within a manufacturing setting and certification or exposure to Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or operational excellence methodologies.
- Or a Bachelor's degree in an equivalent field.
- Train‑the‑trainer or coaching experience.
- High level of coordination experience, ideally within a learning and development environment.
- Formal training qualification.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment.

Salary and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700. The exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location.
