Production Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the creation of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Days (40 hours)

• Operate production machinery to manufacture silt fence products efficiently and safely
• Load uncompleted parts and unload finished components accurately
• Perform quality checks and read measurements using a tape measure
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently

• Recent industrial or manufacturing experience
• Mechanical inclination and ability to learn new machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform manual handling tasks
• Clear communication skills and a professional attitude
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
