The Manufacturing Support Technician provides hands‑on support to production operations within a manufacturing environment. This role performs a variety of secondary and support processes that contribute to product quality, safety, and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced, team based manufacturing setting.
Your role in our team- You will operate laser marking equipment to mark parts in accordance with specifications, drawings, and work instructions
- You will perform manual and mechanical deburring to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material
- You will clean parts using approved equipment and processes to meet quality and cleanliness requirements
- You will operate part balancing machine and document results as required
- You will sort, inspect, handle, and move parts through various stages of the production process
- You will support machining, production, and inspection teams with a variety of utility and secondary operations
- You will identify nonconforming parts or quality concerns and communicate issues to supervision
- You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies
- You will comply with all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- You will perform additional duties as assigned to support changing production needs
- You have a High school diploma or equivalent required
- You have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- You have basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes
- You have the ability to follow written work instructions and verbal direction
- You have a strong attention to detail and quality awareness
