A day in the life
  • Support mechanics during assembly by holding materials, assisting with manual tasks, and operating shop tools such as grinders, bolt drivers, and band saws
  • Handle materials throughout the shop — loading, unloading, staging, and moving items using pallet jacks, forklifts, cranes, and similar equipment
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning work areas, tools, and machinery
  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, SOPs, and lockout/tagout protocols
  • Contribute to efficient workflow by completing general production support tasks as assigned
You should have
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Physical stamina — ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to and from shop locations
  • Experience in manufacturing, plumbing, pipe fitting, or similar trades (preferred)
  • Familiarity with forklifts or material‑handling equipment, basic power tools, and measuring tools (preferred)
