Thomas d'Acto Consulting, cherche pour un de ses clients, spécialisé en maintenance industrielle.

Your Mission Realize the repair and maintenance mechanical and electromechanical works of rotating machines in the workshop or on the client sites in respect of the QHSE rules and in the concern of preserving the profitability of the operations.

Main Activities:

• Assure the assembly, disassembly, washing and sandblasting of machines and/or parts,
• Diagnose the failure of a rotating machine and perform expertises,
• Perform preliminary checks and safety measures,
• Repair and replace defective parts or organs,
• Control the operation of equipment using metrology devices,
• Proceed to preliminary tests before putting the installation into service,
• Perform troubleshooting and the installation of new materials during interventions on site,
• Realize all types of manual welding in respect of the rules of the art
• Fill out the follow-up sheets of disassembly / reassembly

Education and Experience:

Bac pro in mechanics or electromechanical with a minimum experience of 5 years in the field of rotating machines, you are autonomous in most tasks related to mechanical repair and maintenance.

Competencies and required knowledge:

• Good mastery of industrial mechanics
• Mastery of measurement tools
