Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role you will conduct testing and inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Each day you will execute assigned work according to agreed workflows and ABB standard processes and safety guidelines, report any non-compliance, and perform tests or checks following procedures defined in manuals and test scripts.

The work model for the role is onsite.

  • Perform physical pre‑testing activities for newly developed products to ensure product quality and validate manufacturing processes.
  • Assist the team in performing all required checks as part of the Factory Acceptance Testing process.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot any identified issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate testing records, data, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
Qualifications For

The Role
  • Immersed in working with others in a team‑oriented environment in the Electrification market.
  • At least 1‑2 years of experience in the electrical industry.
  • Highly adept at using calibrated meters, reading schematics and line diagrams, knowledge of electrical symbols, documenting data results, uploading software, and troubleshooting electrical components.
  • Innovative around PDU, STS, UPS, testing at mid‑range voltage levels, working with others and critical thinking.
  • Associate’s Degree in the electrical field.
  • Comfortable communicating in English.
