Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain lease agreements and ensure compliance with local and global service requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and enforce safety regulation compliance.
- Supervise the racking system, oversee repairs and preventative maintenance to meet global standards.
- Coordinate with supplier technicians for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of forklifts and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
- Act as software superuser for manual and automated fleet systems, setting up parameters aligned with equipment operations.
- Manage the battery room, batteries, chargers, and equipment for AGVs and manual forklifts.
- Lead and maintain the equipment budget.
- Ensure spare parts inventory is available per service level agreement.
- Report incidents within the warehouse to responsible authorities.
- Monitor performance benchmarks for forklifts and AGVs.
- Oversee equipment in the Materials Warehouse area.
- Work onsite 5 days a week; travel may be required globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics, electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, industrial, or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant work experience in industrial maintenance or warehouse control systems, mechanical and electrical diagrams, robotics.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanical and electrical systems, electronic components.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Hands‑on experience with Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and quality tools.
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills.

CompensationSalary range: $84,674.00 – $, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Final compensation will be communicated upon offer.
