Base hourly rate: $19.51.

General:
Assists in setup and operation of the cuffing machine.

• Set up and operate a cuffing machine – asphalt/kraft facing rewinding equipment.
• Use overhead hoists to move master rolls and finished rolls.
• Thread, splice, and adjust machine to specific product.
• Make machine adjustments and edit raw material to produce quality product.
• Use a calculator for basic math to calculate daily production.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Meet daily production standards.
• Perform 5S functions and clean while machine operates.
• Use air hoists and vacuum plate to load rolls onto pallets.
• Label finished production with product labels.
• Use safe working practices and report hazardous conditions.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
