The candidate will perform daily woodshop area functions, including:

• Record receiving data using a computer.
• Schedule, create, and close all wood department jobs.
• Operate CNC Point‑to‑Point machine, Edge Banding Machine, and maintain inventory control.
• Verify, count, and organize inventory, ensuring accurate counts and locations.
• Fulfill daily department quotas and manage multiple tasks.
• Maintain equipment in working order and promote a safe, clean environment.
• Follow company standards, procedures, and direct instructions.
• Assist other departments to ensure product quality and timely distribution.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Good understanding and basic knowledge of a woodworking department.
• 1+ year experience as a CNC machine operator (or equivalent).
• Computer experience with basic format and Windows‑based applications, including MRP system software (Epicor Vantage).
• Team player attitude with willingness to help.
• Time management, strong organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible and resourceful.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, drug‑screen pass.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to work some weekends and extended hours; ability to wear required PPE (steel‑toe shoes, face shields, arc protective clothing).
