Packout Maintenance Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Packout Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for partnering with maintenance, reliability, and maintenance excellence groups to drive equipment reliability through the asset risk management process, reliability control plan implementation, and the maintenance/operations work management process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate, prioritize, and schedule Area maintenance needs
- Create and manage Area work notifications in S4 Hana (SAP)
- Coordinate capital contractor work with production and maintenance planning
- Coordinate inspections and repairs to ensure Area PSM / regulatory / ISO compliance
- Manage steam trap/leak program
- Track equipment rotation and lubrication programs
- Identify insulation priority needs (incl. winterization)
- Participate in Area Q/P (Quality/Productive) meetings and support productivity initiatives
- Communicate weekly maintenance and construction schedule to the Shift Leaders including any required permits
- Responsible for production-related contract services coordination
- Coordinate indirect material needs through Production Controls Coordinator
- Ensure operations are within cost center budgets
- Coordinate with the FLS (First Line Supervisor) to monitor work in progress and understand issues impacting the job
- Assist Production Leaders and Shift Leaders in process troubleshooting
- Manage relevant KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Provide relief support as required
- Review SOP for accuracy and validation of paper to field
- Mentor shift leaders and engineers in area processes as necessary
- Other duties as required
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED;
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred - 3 years of experience with maintenance coordination or planning
- Experience working with circulating pumps, conveyors, elevators, and/or machinery operations
The base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $114,000 annually.
