SUMMARY
The Senior Fabricator III is an expert craftsman responsible for complex fabrication projects, advanced layouts, specialty forming operations, and technical leadership.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform complex layouts and geometric calculations.
- Operate advanced fabrication equipment.
- Perform heat cambering, jacking, and specialty forming operations.
- Design and construct fabrication jigs and fixtures.
- Perform MIG, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW.
- Weld in all positions to AWS D1.1. D1.5 standards. (1G, 2G, 3G, 6G)
- Perform advance torch and plasma cutting operations.
- Mentor fabricators and support process improvements.
Successful candidates will have:
- Expert-level fabrication experience.
- Advanced blueprint interpretation and layout skills.
- Proven ability to independently execute complex projects.
