This full-time, onsite role in Chesterfield, Virginia, is ideal for individuals seeking to grow their career in food manufacturing. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll perform tasks including assembling, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.

• Adhere to food safety guidelines to reduce contamination risks.
• Comply with HACCP, SSOP, USDA, and GMP guidelines and work rules.
• Follow all departmental and production procedures, including certification of Just Foods® batch tickets.
• Assemble, sort, bake, icing, mix, add, or slice uncooked or finished products.
• Operate packaging, cooking, slicing, transitioning, and/or cleaning equipment.
• Mix or blend ingredients according to company recipes.
• Inspect products and notify supervisor of quality and food safety risks.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Record mix data and other production information.
• Support SQF system compliance and report food safety issues.
• Be open to learning new procedures and job functions.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred).
• Previous food service, manufacturing, or warehouse training/experience (preferred).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a time-driven atmosphere and follow strict timelines.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and pushing/pulling.
• Comfortable working in temperature-variable environments.

• Work is performed in a refrigerated production environment with exposure to temperature variations.
• Work performed primarily in a production plant environment.
• Exposure to cold refrigerated and warm areas.
• Use of industrial kitchen equipment and machinery.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and pushing/pulling.
• Manual dexterity and visual/hearing acuity required.
