Material Handler

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Material Handler to join our client’s production team. In this role you will be responsible for moving, storing and tracking materials within a warehouse/production environment. This role ensures materials are delivered to the correct locations safely and efficiently to support daily operations.

• Load, unload, and move materials manually or using an electric forklift
• Transport materials to and from storage or production areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Inspect materials for damage and report any issues
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include heat, cold, or noise)
