Colonial Webb in Richmond, VA seeks a Lead Sheet Metal Mechanic – Fabrication to lead a team fabricating, assembling, and installing ductwork, plenums, and related metal parts in a commercial HVAC environment.
You will supervise mechanics and helpers, set daily production goals, ensure quality, safety, and SOP compliance, and coordinate workflow with the shop and field teams. Hours are 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday; competitive wages $28–$32 per hour with benefits.
