Automated Warehouse Equipment Engineer

The Automated Warehouse Equipment Engineer will work in an automated warehouse and maintain leased equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring agreements governing the service are followed and meet local and global requirements.

• Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervise the racking system, repairs, and preventive maintenance to meet global standards.
• Coordinate with supplier technicians for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of forklifts and AGVs.
• Serve as software superuser for manual and automated fleet, setting parameters aligned with operations.
• Manage battery room, batteries, chargers and equipment for AGVs and manual forklifts.
• Lead and maintain the budget.
• Ensure spare parts inventory is available per service level agreement.
• Report incidents that occur inside the LVA to responsible authorities.
• Monitor benchmarks for forklifts and automated guided vehicles.

The Warehouse department is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering all productive material needed in the site to fulfill customer orders. The Equipment Engineer will oversee equipment in the Materials Warehouse area.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics, electricity, mechanics, electromechanics, industrial or related career) or equivalent combination.
• Significant work experience in industrial maintenance or warehouse control systems, diagrams, mechanical diagrams, and robotics.
• Proven knowledge of software mechanics and electrical diagrams.

• Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanical systems, electrical systems, electronic components, MS Office, and reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and quality tools.

• Requires ability to travel globally.
• Position is onsite 5 days a week.
• Relocation assistance is not available.

The salary range for this position is $84,674.00 – $, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
