Industrial Painter
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to apply paint to various materials and surfaces. The role involves setting up and cleaning paint equipment, mixing paints and coatings, and preparing surfaces by removing rust, filling holes, and masking details.
Responsibilities- Apply paint to different materials and surfaces.
- Set up and clean paint equipment.
- Mix paints and coatings as required.
- Remove rust and fill holes and dents to create even surfaces.
- Mask off details and components to prepare surfaces for painting.
- 3 years of experience in industrial painting.
- Proficiency in painting, paint preparation, industrial sanding, and using a spray gun.
- Knowledge of materials and equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current and valid United States driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled facility equipped with two large paint booths. The shifts rotate bi-weekly with a normal schedule of Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 2am. Enjoy a supportive work environment with no travel required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
