Job Description At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position. Starting Pay Rate: $21.42/hour (weekly pay). Shift: 6am-6pm 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month).

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
  • Identify and respond to minor machine issues
  • Perform routine quality inspections
  • Record production data accurately
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications
  • Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)
  • Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
  • Work around moving production equipment safely
