• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, masking, and sanding
• Operate blasting equipment to remove old paint and rust
• Apply paint and other coatings using various techniques
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Inspect the finished product to ensure quality standards are met

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Blaster Painter
• Knowledge of painting techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
