Position Summary The Production Fulfillment Coordinator keeps active orders moving from initial processing through final shipment confirmation. This cross-functional role works across multiple stations to identify and fix stalled work, launch reprints or replacements, maintain accurate data, and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines. The coordinator uses independent judgment to diagnose and solve system or production problems without daily supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Order Flow Monitoring & Problem Resolution (35%)Track active work against fulfillment deadlines.

Find stalled orders and find the root cause.

Prioritize daily tasks by deadline urgency.

Report system or material issues to management.

Exception & Corrective Production Management (25%)Log and fix production errors like missing pieces or print defects.

Track replacement work from start to finish.

Match recovered items to active replacements to avoid duplicates.

Production Station Support (20%)Scan and verify items during assembly and packing.

Check piece accuracy against product codes.

Train floor operators on scanning and tracking rules.

Systems, Data & Reporting (15%)Use warehouse and tracking software to check order status.

Correct data mismatches between systems.

Investigate inventory count differences.

Cross-Functional Coordination (5%)Talk with shipping and picking teams about order status.

Share recovery timelines with coworkers.

Complete other tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Two years in production, manufacturing, or fulfillment.

Experience with warehouse management or tracking software.

Intermediate spreadsheet skills for data sorting.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in custom manufacturing or print production.

Prior lead or coordinator experience.

Training in root-cause problem solving.

Physical Requirements Standing and walking for long periods.

Lifting up to 40 pounds.

Moving between production and shipping areas.

Regular computer and barcode scanner use.
