- Coordinate weekly production workforce schedules, overtime assignments, vacation requests, and shift changes to support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Prepare and maintain production Coordinate workforce schedules, overtime, vacation requests, and shift changes for manufacturing operations.
- Prepare job folders, production documentation, bills of material, and routing information.
- Coordinate vendor communications, cylinder inventory, purchasing activities, and customer requests.
- Serve as the communication hub between manufacturing, HR, engineering, purchasing, payroll, quality, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and business systems.
- Support multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and exceptional attention to detail.
- High school diploma required, associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2 plus years of experience coordinating schedules, operations, or administrative processes in a fast paced environment.
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from healthcare administration, office management, logistics, or operations coordination are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP or business systems is a plus.
- Detail oriented with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, constantly changing environment.
