Alfa Laval is seeking an on-site assembler in our Richmond, VA area to contribute to daily production, uphold quality standards, and participate in continuous improvements. You will read blueprints, follow ALPS processes, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with a diverse team.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in manufacturing, intermediate computer skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities. Crane/forklift certifications are a plus and beneficial for the role.
