This is a great opportunity to come in as a Production Assistant (Seam Ripper) in a fast-growing, luxury apparel company during our busy holiday season. We are a fast-growing luxury sleepwear company with a warehouse located in Richmond, VA.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to add to our team working full-time hours as a Production Assistant to fulfill custom monogram orders. We are looking for someone with keen attention to detail and initiative to help us build out our current monogram capacity. This position would require overtime and possible weekends through peak. We will provide initial training on our operations, and we expect you to be a self-starter with the ability to keep multiple balls in the air  this role, you will remove pockets from garments of differing fabric types while preserving the quality of the product.

Our customer's satisfaction is of utmost importance, so being detail oriented and checking for quality assurance will also be key in this role. The sky's the limit for the right motivated and hardworking individual! If you think this is the right position for you, then we'd love to hear from you!

• Exceptional quality control of product before and during production
• Able to achieve reasonable production output based on daily mix of production (of different garment styles)
• Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail while using seam rippers, rulers, pins, and other sewing equipment

• Must have previous experience working in high-capacity production roles

• Effective written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate regularly and professionally with team members
• Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics and patterns
• Must be detail oriented and meticulous
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work unsupervised

• Starting pay: $18/hour.
• Shift differential: +$1.00/hour if hired for 2nd shift.

  This is a temporary, seasonal position through the end of December. Overtime will required during the weekend of Black Friday into Cyber Monday, with potential for other weekend dates through peak.
• Holiday pay:
  This seasonal position is not eligible for holiday pay, paid time off, or other company benefits.
