Flex is seeking a Machine Operator I to join its manufacturing team in Henrico, VA. You will set up, operate, and maintain automated production equipment while monitoring quality and inventory to support efficient production.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 6–12 months of machine operation experience, plus the ability to read drawings and use calipers. Training provided; performance-based advancement possible.
