Carter Printing Company is seeking a Bindery Operator to operate a wire stitcher, set up for correct pagination and trimming, and monitor production quality. The role reports to the Bindery Manager or Shift Supervisor and involves hands-on machine operation in a team setting.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of related experience, strong math and ruler-reading skills, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. OT may be required.
