Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Assembler (2nd Shift) in Richmond, VA. Pay rate is $19.47 + $2.00 shift diff per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires. Hours are 3:30PM - Midnight, and the role involves building sub-assemblies and assemblies to customer specs.
The Assembler will use heavy industrial equipment, perform quality inspections, and adhere to SOPs, safety rules, and 5S housekeeping. Overtime and benefits are offered.
