Mondelez International is seeking a senior shift leader to operate and maintain line equipment, driving safety, quality and efficiency. You will coach teams, manage maintenance cycles, and lead root-cause analyses to eliminate losses while supporting new product development.
The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, SAP and Excel proficiency, and Lean Six Sigma knowledge. Flexibility for 24/7 shifts and weekend availability is expected.
