Plant Manager

Our client, a leading food and beverage manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations at a large-scale production facility. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, employee engagement, financial performance, food safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring the facility achieves world-class standards in safety, quality, and reliability.

• Provide strategic leadership across plant operations, workforce development, and business performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, reliability, and operational goals.
• Manage plant budgets, assets, and resources while driving productivity and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety standards.
• Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of tehcnical leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, employee development, and change management abilities.
• Dairy experience strongly preferred; fluid dairy manufacturing experience is a plus.
