The LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking a Senior LCI Specialist to lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement across the new site. You will partner with operations, engineering, quality, EHS, HR, finance, procurement, planning and more to mature the site’s Lean Management System.
You will develop capability, lead Kaizen and VSM events, build dashboards, and enable data-driven decisions to improve SQCDP performance and organizational capability.
