Core Duties

• Utilize sit down forklifts to move goods and supplies throughout the facility.
• Manage the loading and unloading of freight to help ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform routine equipment checks and communicate any necessary repairs.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety procedures.
• Contribute to warehouse organization to improve overall operational flow.
• Work alongside colleagues to help the team reach its daily output targets.
• Document inventory shifts precisely and flag any inconsistencies.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school or a GED equivalent.
• Possession of a current forklift operator license.
• Prior background in operating sit down forklift equipment is a plus.
• Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and the ability to execute specific directives.
• Capable of handling physical labor and lifting heavy items.
• Strong ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with others.
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks to assist with inventory logging and updates.
