Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a dedicated Lead Chemical Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll operate advanced equipment and systems while leading shift operations to produce high-quality chemical products in a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise shift operations and team members
- Measure and mix materials with precision
- Maintain and optimize system parameters
- Collaborate with QC and R&D teams to ensure product excellence
- Safely load and offload chemicals
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Train and mentor team members
This role requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, alternating between:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (includes a 4% shift premium)
All shifts are Monday through Friday

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of chemical processing experience preferred
- ERP experience preferred
- Forklift and respiratory equipment certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
- Lean Manufacturing mindset with a continuous improvement focus
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment and under pressure
