Production Assembler

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour + Shift Differential
Schedule- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Flexible availability across shifts preferred
- Base Pay: $19.00/hour
- 1st Shift: No differential
- 2nd Shift: +$3.00/hour
In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality products that meet customer and company standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Assembling products using engineering documents and specifications
- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time production
- Operating computers to track schedules and job status
- Performing Go/No-Go testing per procedures
- Monitoring part quality throughout the assembly process
- Assisting with training and supporting team members
- Handling materials as needed
- Reviewing and improving assembly methods for productivity and quality
- Communicating effectively with engineering teams
- Completing required paperwork, records, and documentation
- Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
- Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean work area
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve basic production issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency

$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
