We're an engineering and fabrication company serving energy and industrial clients, with mechanical, electrical, and controls capability under one roof. We're standing up a mission-critical/data center practice from the ground up - building the team, standards, and processes before the volume arrives, so our first projects are executed flawlessly.

Principal/Lead Mechanical Engineer - mission-critical facility design

Houston or remote

• Own mechanical design standards, Revit/Navisworks templates, and QA/QC procedures
• Partner closely with electrical so both disciplines produce one consistent set of drawings and standards
• CFD analysis experience a strong plus - an in-house capability we're looking to build
• Contribute to existing energy and power generation work while the data center pipeline develops
• 15-20% travel once projects are live
