Pay Rate: $17.00 per hourShift:Day and night shift: 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am (will start on 4-10 hr shift Monday-Thursday with potential OT on Fridays as needed and transition to 2-2-3 rotating schedule)

- Operating and monitoring manufacturing and packaging machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Utilizing HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Multitasking and managing multiple machine operations simultaneously, adapting quickly to dynamic production environments.
- Performing basic math calculations related to production and completing production records/logbooks accurately.
- Identifying, escalating, and resolving equipment or process issues proactively.
- Have prior manufacturing experience, preferably in a fast-paced production or industrial environment.
- Are experienced in operating manufacturing or packaging equipment/machinery
- Can work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Are a quick learner with the ability to adapt and react quickly in changing production situations.
- Are comfortable multitasking, following SOPs, and adhering to documentation requirements.
- Have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
