Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric types.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, patterns, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial sewing equipment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with quality control processes in textile or garment production.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime if needed.
• Basic computer skills for logging production data.
• Certification in sewing or textile manufacturing is a plus.
