* Assist Assembly Mechanics with assembling prefabricated piping systems and mechanical components.
* Hold materials in place and support manual assembly operations.
* Operate shop equipment including grinders, impact drivers, band saws, drills, and other production tools.
* Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, consumables, and finished assemblies throughout the shop.
* Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, overhead cranes, or similar equipment as trained.
* Assist with inventory organization and material movement to support production schedules.
* Perform general production and shop support duties as assigned.
* Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
* Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
* Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
* Work collaboratively with production, quality, and manufacturing teams to meet daily production goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications### Required
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Reliable transportation to and from work.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.
* Ability to frequently lift and carry up to
** 50 pounds**.### Preferred
* Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction environments.
* Plumbing, pipe fitting, mechanical assembly, or fabrication experience.
* Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, lulls, or similar equipment.
* Basic ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or assembly instructions.
* Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures and levels.
