The TRG Growth Practice is currently searching for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our fast growing Global Client in Richmond.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced manufacturing and engineering professionals, supporting day-to-day production activities and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assisting with the setup, troubleshooting, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, helping resolve production and quality issues, and providing general technical support to the manufacturing engineering and operations teams.
