Marketing Specialist, Graphic Design & Sales Enablement

Seramount is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help drive growth of our talent solution products. This role will develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and create compelling, visually engaging collateral that clearly articulate product value, generate demand, and strengthen the broader Seramount brand.

The position may be based in Washington, D.C.;
Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental United States.

This role is listed as Marketing Specialist, Graphic Design & Sales Enablement for posting purposes; the official and internal title of this hire is expected to be Manager, Product Marketing (Corporate B2B) to align with EAB business norms.

Primary Responsibilities:

Visual storytelling & asset creation – Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual assets that bring Seramount’s solutions to life. Create infographics, solution one‑pagers, and visual frameworks that make abstract concepts easy to understand.

Presentation and deck development – Own the structure, story arc, and visual execution of core decks used across sales activities. Build modular slides and templates that can be reused and adapted across audiences.

Sales enablement – Work closely with sales teams to develop practical, ready‑to‑use materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, FAQs, etc. in partnership with sales teams.

Content writing & development – Conceptualize and create written content, such as case studies, short guides, or blog posts

Product messaging and positioning - Contribute to defining product positioning, value propositions, and audience‑specific narratives that differentiate Seramount in the market.

Events & executive communications – Support virtual and in‑person events by developing webinar decks, executive presentations, and related event materials.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2‑3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferable in content marketing, product marketing, or graphic design
  • Strong writer with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across multiple formats
  • Demonstrated visual and design skills, with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
  • Experience developing sales enablement tools in partnership with commercial teams
  • Strong collaboration skills and receptivity to feedback from internal stakeholders
