Event Marketing Assistant Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated Entry‑Level Event Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and events team. This role provides hands‑on experience in event planning, promotions, community engagement, and marketing strategy
. You will help execute campaigns, coordinate events, and learn from experienced professionals in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Support event marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and local outreach
• Coordinate logistics, including vendors, venues, and materials for events
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and marketing materials
• Track event performance and report on attendance, engagement, and campaign results
• Build relationships with community partners, sponsors, and vendors
• Provide administrative support to the event marketing team as needed
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for campaigns and events

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred
• Strong interest in event marketing, promotions, or public relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn on the job
• Internships or volunteer experience in events or marketing is a plus but not required
