We are actively hiring an energetic Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing event marketing and brand promotions team

You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting live events, brand activations, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for live promotions and brand activations

• Support event logistics
  , including equipment setup, vendor coordination, and guest registration

• Help execute brand activations by managing signage, displays, promotional materials, and giveaways

• Complete post‑event tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
