The Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) organization is committed to fueling the courageous entrepreneurial spirit that's at the heart of America’s business owners. The Role

This marketing role will be responsible for activating on our owned and earned strategies in order to support our broader GEO (generative engine optimization) initiatives. This includes working closely with our Enterprise Brand partners to build organic social marketing plans, structure influencer campaigns, and develop a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms. This person will partner closely with cross‑functional teams across brand and product marketing, acquisitions and performance marketing, research, and other stakeholders to activate marketing in unique and memorable ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert on the role Organic Social plays in Capital One Businesses broader GEO objectives and how we can improve our position in AI search engines.
  • Identify opportunities to create break‑through marketing assets and content, managing the entire process from ideation to creative briefing and production with internal and external creative partners.
  • Work with agencies to define how, why and where we show up on key platforms such as You Tube, Reddit, Meta and more.
  • Uphold our Capital One Business tone of voice by sharing consistent and compelling stories about our business brand across multiple channels.
  • Partner with our Enterprise Brand partners, SEO/Content strategy team, and Paid Mid‑Funnel team to fuel integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to bring business intent to life via marketing creative. Facilitate the end‑to‑end creative development and execution of marketing materials.
  • Serve as the touchpoint within marketing to ensure an integrated experience for our customer, business, and brand for initiatives such as content marketing, integrated digital and social engagement, loyalty and advocacy, and customer intelligence.
