The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and energetic Account Manager to join our marketing team. This is a hybrid role that requires three in-person days at our office.
As an Account Manager, this position focuses on serving as a trusted partner to clients. You will manage day-to-day communications, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and deliver results. Typical projects include brand development, print marketing communications, email, website development, video, direct mail, and paid social media campaigns.
The role is 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday but the position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role as the agency grows.
We’re especially interested in candidates who bring additional strengths to the table. If you have experience or interest in areas like social media management, copywriting, or media buying, that’s a major plus—and you’ll have the opportunity to weave those skills into your work when it makes sense.

- Serve as a dependable, day-to-day liaison between 93 Octane and our portfolio of clients, which includes regional and national non-profit organizations and wealth management industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs, objectives, and pain points
- Lead project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring the internal team delivers high-quality work on time
- Utilize project management software to track client projects, interactions, and progress
- Demonstrate strategic thinking by identifying opportunities for organic growth and proactively surfacing solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external developers to manage website updates, website builds, and maintenance tasks—(Experience here is a plus!)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services within a marketing or advertising agency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of paid social, PR, or content marketing
- Leadership qualities—with the ability to motivate internal teams toward shared goals
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Hands-on experience executing paid social media campaigns
- Experience managing Word Press website projects
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Click Up, or )
- Experience working with non-profit or wealth management/financial services clients
